Getting fit is a challenging journey no matter your size or fitness goal. I am back sharing my journey with you all and I must say sharing this journey is truly helping me stick with it. Amy Lademann with Beyond Motion continues to help with the common problem areas many of us would like to tackle. Last week we tackled the bra strap area which I like to call the “back fat area“. This week it’s all about sexy shoulders!
Sculpting strong shoulders is not only sexy, it’s also important! Your shoulders help you do everything from carrying your purse, groceries, shopping bags, and even toddlers. Having sexy shoulders can also help give the appearance of a slimmer waist, complement your wardrobe, and give you a more proportionate hip width—which is what we all desire right?! To build beautiful sexy shoulders, it takes strength training, intensity, growth, and motivation. Other reasons why I desire sexy shoulders…I live in SWFL; it’s all about tank tops, strapless maxi dresses, and halter bikinis. But it’s not just about my location it’s also about looking good, feeling good, and changing my lifestyle.
Do each exercise in the order it is listed in the segment-Amy does a great job with giving tips. Watch the video first to take notes, gather your items needed, then get fit! If you truly want to challenge yourself then do the workout segments back to back. Start with bra strap segment before going into the sexy shoulders workout. You can also add these workouts to your gym routine. Before you know it you’ll be ready to rock any sleeveless number in the summer or sweater in the fall while feeling sexy.
