What woman doesn’t desire firm abs. I have desired firm abs since the day after I gave birth to first born-that was 12 years ago! But as much as I desire abs I truly dislike working out my abdominal area. For me working out my abs is similar to doing push ups; results seem to take time and my form is so way off. Amy Lademann with Beyond Motion is helping me get over my dislikes to finally achieve the firm abs I have been dreaming of for the past 12 years. Before starting my workout I shared with Amy to please show me a workout that I and we all could easily do at home, at the gym and even while traveling. She did just that! If I can do it then so can you! Before starting the abs challenge check out the few benefits I have noticed so far.
Just a few benefits:
1. Improve performance with other workouts. After a few times of this abs challenge I noticed my overall performance improved when going back to the previous workouts we have been sharing (Back Fat Challenge & Sexy Shoulders).
2. Alleviate back pain. Using the ball or towel like Amy advised does alleviate the pain or strain that I normally feel in my lower back when working out my abs.
3. Improve balance and coordination. I’m a yoga lover and I’m sure any yoga instructor will agree a firmer core helps with balance and coordination. Totally seeing a difference-wonder if my instructor notices (In case you’re reading this Susan).
